Who we are
Badger Consulting is focused on helping organizations improve efficiency and clarity in how work gets done.
We specialize in process improvement, operational efficiency, and capacity assessment — partnering with leaders to design practical solutions that support sustainable results and a positive client experience.
I started Badger Consulting because I’ve always been drawn to improving how things work. In organization after organization, I have seen how unclear processes and shifting responsibilities create unnecessary stress and confusion. These challenges often have less to do with effort and more to do with alignment. I founded this business to help teams operate with clarity, confidence, and momentum.
My professional background uniquely prepared me for this work. I spent seven years in IT project management at Unisys, leading initiatives that required structure, accountability, and disciplined execution. Managing complex technical projects taught me how to bring order to moving parts — aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring clear ownership so nothing falls through the cracks. Prior to my role at Unisys, I worked in Human Resources at Augusta National Golf Club, where I gained a deep appreciation for roles, hiring, and organizational alignment. That experience strengthened my understanding that the right people in clearly defined roles — with clear expectations — can transform both employee experience and overall performance.
The combination of operational execution and human-centered organizational experience is what shapes my approach today. I don’t just look at workflows — I look at how people interact with them. My goal is not to create complexity or bureaucracy. It’s to create clarity. When processes are simple, responsibilities are defined, and communication is intentional, everyone benefits — employees, leadership, and customers alike.
At the heart of it, I want to make work easier. I want teams to feel confident in how things run. I want leaders to focus on high-impact priorities instead of putting out small fires. And I want businesses to operate in a way that feels steady, efficient, and aligned.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors. I love playing tennis, traveling, and exploring new places. Last summer, I walked over 300 miles across Spain on the Camino de Santiago — an experience that reinforced my appreciation for endurance, clarity of direction, and steady progress. When I’m between projects, I gravitate toward mountains and hiking trails. Being outside keeps me grounded, energized, and ready to help organizations move forward with purpose.
